Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 12 July 2021

Good Evening friends and family

Not much from this side tonight. Thank you for your prayers for the visa and passport situation. The consulate in Kuala Lumpur might be able to help us to renew the passports for the children but we really ask your prayer for the visa for Gideon. He is now 18 and can only get a student visa if enrolled in a school here. So we are trying for a business visa. Please pray.

More students are joining the online English classes, especially some of the older students. We are so thankful that they are connecting with the Acts program again and hope to build relationships with them even more.

Were reminded about Nehemiah and the restoration of the wall and how we need to restore and build the wall in front of our own homes again. Realized how vulnerable we are in these times and need to spend time worshipping and seeking God. I know, we write this and say it to each other but do we really do it? Reading the book "Boundaries “and were reminded that we cannot overcome just with our own willpower, we need support from each other, we need to humbly seek God.

Well Noah gave me $1.25 today with the promise that I need to give her back $2.50 when it is holiday season. Well that’s a deal and I got a coffee out of it hahaha. We are chatting in the mornings and just enjoy our company, which is not anything that you can imagine, but its conversation, mostly all from her side hahaha. We start the morning with a coffee candy each and then I clean her wound. It is looking good and we hope and pray that it will heal soon. I thank God for this time that I can spend with her every morning. If it was another time, I would not be able to do it. The Lord knows best.

May God bless you all in this very difficult time?

Love

Rossouw-clan
