Were encouraged yesterday to be humble and not proud. And in writing this I almost want to just stop there and not say anything else, to be still.
It's been raining almost every day so safe to say Rainy Season has finally arrived. Of course, this makes for more slipping and sliding. Twans almost went down the canal last week, slipping off the road on her motorbike. She is now writing a proposal for a helicopter !!
Mordegai had a special outreach together with Samai. They went to a remote village and did a healthcare outreach together with the local pastor. So thankful to be able to connect with Christians and to encourage one another.
Please remember to pray for the little tribal boy with eye cancer. He was sent home and will travel back to Siem Reap again this week to hear how advanced the cancer is and if they would do treatment or not. The father has asked that a strong Christian must come and pray for his son, as he understands from his background the strongest witchdoctor has the most power so the strongest Christian will have more power. Please pray as all involved continue to share the gospel to him and pray with them that the Holy Spirit would help him understand and that he would put his faith in Jesus, whether God heals his son or not.
Mordegai woke up this morning with severe body aches and now has a fever and rash as well. Please pray for healing. Will go and do blood tests tomorrow.
We also ask that you would please continue to pray for our son, Gideon. He is now 17 and asking about his future plans. He is still doing homeschooling and we need wisdom on how long to continue and seeking for other opportunities for him.
Much love,
Rossouws
