Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish this year with Grade 12. .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 24 June 2024

Good evening all

What a busy weekend we had. Friday we had a nice braai with some friends from the North and Saturday the big Graduation party for Anton, Jerry, and Jonan. Twans thought it good to give these guys a proper graduation party and we invited friends over to celebrate with us. What a great idea this was. We ate a lot of good food and had fellowship till late. Now these 3 guys need to go into the big wide world and start a life. Oh my, we are not looking forward to that.

We are getting ready for an outreach again to the jungle this Friday. Please pray for travel safety and open hearts for all the people we will see. We will pick up Jonan on the way as he travels to Phnom Pehn tonight and hope to have a lot of fun in the jungle. It is the first outreach in the wet season so we expect lots of mud and guts.

Please continue to pray for Marie. She is still in the hospital, and although she is doing better they still do not know what causes the water in the lungs.

The staff of FGC went to visit Uncle “Clean” and reported that he is doing much better. His bedsores are getting drier as the Anti is taking so good care of him. Pray for them as they are old and very frail.

My friend Quinton is doing much better and he will start to work soon. Thank you for your continuous prayer.

Tonight is just a short letter but we hope to hear from you all again.

Love

Rossouw-clan
