Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish this year with Grade 12. .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 18 Sept.2023

Good evening.

Just came back from Battambang to get my friend to the hospital for his leg. This is my friend from Thor Piang Rosey and they operated on his leg about 6 years ago but it’s still not healed. Kinda disappointing to hear that the guys do not want to give any discount to the poor people anymore at that hospital. He needs an operation badly and the price is just too high. So they will be back tomorrow and we will go and ask her in Siem Reap what they think. I think it’s gonna cost us a fair penny to fix his leg. Should have done it long ago. Well, please pray for Uncle as he really struggles with his leg, and hope we can sort this out.

On the 23rd we will be in the jungle again with Curtis and his friends. Please pray for the safety of the bikes and for us as we need to travel on roads less traveled. Pray for open hearts and ears to receive the Message of our Savior. I still need to fix my bike in order to ride it, ugghh what a job. Meds need to be packed and lots of stuff this week.

On the 22nd it's 2 years since Gideon left us. It is still very painful just to think about it. Please pray for us as we still struggle to overcome this tragedy in our lives. We know that God will make a way, so we hold onto that.

Watching the news we have so much to be thankful for. Calamities and instability all around. We can just ask our Lord to help the people who suffer so much. My heart breaks for all the people that are hurt beyond measure.

This is in short what is happening here. Thanks for all your continued prayers to us.

Love

Rossouw-clan
