Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 17 October 2022

Seems a bit unreal to sleep without a fan and under a blanket at night. Every year we have like 2 nights when that happens hahaha. It literally stopped raining now for a few days and it is nice and cool days. At least we can Braai without getting soaked by the rain.

It is great to feel like a human again. My strength is coming back slowly and it gives me more energy to work a bit around the house and in the garage, making some Christmas presents. Still dealing with a few aches and pains but nothing serious. Toinette is her old self going to the village every day and riding her bike through the mud. Anton is faithfully doing his classes online and getting into the groove of things being a homeschooled boy.

Continue to pray for Angela. She still has a long way to go for complete recovery. Seems that she also has ligament problems as well in her knee.

Please keep our friend Byron in your prayers. His son Brandon has a long road to recovery due to a mass in his brain.

Just talked to Susan and she said she just finished her Chemotherapy on the 10th but experienced really bad body Malaise due to the effects of the Chemo. Pray for her for strength to fight this terrible cancer.

Toinette is asking for prayer for some of her students that are sick in the village. Lots of dengue and other nasty illnesses hanging around.

Thank you all for praying for us. We are really fortunate to have so many prayers going around for us.

Love you all

Rossouw-clan
