Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 28 Feb.2022

Dear Friends and Family

With all that is going on in the world right now, it seems selfish to write about our little corner over here. So when we pray for Ukraine, Russia, China, we are reminded from Hebrews 13:3 to "remember those in prison as if you are bound with them".

Please continue to pray for Ovaltine who is still in the hospital. Ovaltine is one of the very few village men who openly follow Jesus. He needs a miracle.

Twans is back in the village teaching. She also joins some of the FGC Community Link staff to another village, Torpeang Tom,  where she teaches Math classes to the secondary students. There are no churches in this village. Please pray for an open door, an open family where we can have fellowship and opportunities to reach out to the children and parents with the gospel as well.

Anton is "spreading his wings" a bit. He is now driving to school on his small motorbike. Mordegai still goes along with him this week, until he is more comfortable in the traffic. Please pray for his safety.  Please pray that Anton would be able to write his IGCSE exams in May as there are currently some issues with the school to sort out first. He would then be able to do years 11& 12 with a Cambridge homeschool option.

Mordegai is planning outreach for next week if God will. Pray for safe travel, protection, wisdom and guidance for each person who will come for a check-up or some needed medicine. At the moment our car is still broken. Returned from the mechanic today, 600$ later, and the car sounded worse than before we took it in last week. So will return to the mechanic tomorrow.

Love to all
Rossouw-clan
