Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 25 May 2026

Good evening dear friends and family

Yesterday afternoon at church they had a surprise “Birthday in Advance” Cake for Twans. We are blessed to be a part of this small community. I was reminded of an article Yancey wrote once on why he doesn’t attend a megachurch. In it, he quotes G.K. Chesterton, The man who lives in a small community lives in a much larger world… The reason is obvious. In a large community, we can choose our companions. In a small community, our companions are chosen for usWe tend to surround ourselves with those like us, those we most want to live with, but that is not a community, that is a club. Anyone can from a club; it takes grace, shared vision, and hard work to form a community. By forming a community out of diverse members, Paul said in Ephesians 3, we have the opportunity to capture the attention of the world!

Please pray for another outreach to another group of refugees tomorrow. It is a privilege to reach out to them with God’s love. We will bring swings and a seesaw for the children.

We also ask for prayer for Anton. He has to apply for an internship for the last 3 months of his course. Please pray for guidance and open doors.

Love to you all

Rossouw-clan
