Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 21 May 2025

Good day everyone

It was such a blessing to sit in church to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour. Listening to the old story with fresh ears as we need some refreshments once a while. We tend to continue life without God in so many ways. The last words of Jesus were the theme for the sermon. Unbelievable that Jesus still had strength to utter some last wishes on the murderer next to Him and instruct His disciples to look after each other. With that He urged us to go out and proclaim to the whole world, who this Jesus is!! Remarkable last wishes.

Our time at home is busy with visiting our Grandma’s as well as family we so dearly miss out on. Ouma Paula is in lots of pain but we could spend time with her at the coast and took her out to see the ocean. She said it was about 2 years ago since she visited some places. We are now in Windhoek again and Mordegai’s mum got a turn. Great to see my mum as she was also seriously ill not long ago. We are now waiting for Suzaan to come and visit us as well.

Please pray:

Toinette need to go and see a specialist for a procedure on Tuesday. Please pray that it will not be serious.

Ouma Paula’s cancer took a turn for bad as it progressed to her liver and more into her bones. Please pray for her as she is in a lot of pain.

Pray for our time here as we need to see a  lot of people in the time left. Pray for fruitful talks as we also need to discuss the future.

Thank you all for all your prayers to us. We are leaving on the 11 May for now.

Love

Rossouw-clan
