Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish this year with Grade 12. .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 15 May 2023

Good evening everyone

We are still separated as Anton is still busy with his exams in Phnom Penh. I will be going down on Wednesday as we want to celebrate Gideon’s 20th birthday on the 18th. Well, some will say, why?? The thing is that his death is still so fresh in our minds and our daily lives are so affected by this that we just cannot let go of all of this. Please pray for us as a family to get to terms with our beloved Gideon’s passing. This is the most difficult thing that we ever had to go through, believe me, and we ate a few bags of salt already.

Please pray for Anton as he is still writing exams tomorrow and Friday, then we will be coming home and make ready to go home to Namibia in June. These last 2 exams are his most difficult ones, so pray for his mind to be sharp and that he can focus.

We praise God for the Opening of an Acts program in Phnom Penh. Twans shares that it was encouraging to see the parents joining the opening program this Sunday. Please pray for their teacher Seang Ee, for wisdom and guidance during the English classes. Pray also for the Chinese class in the evening. We are thankful for each student turning up and pray that they would learn and come to know Jesus.

There will be movement tomorrow around our house as Junmar from Men of Dignity will start to move his workshop into our yard. I am looking forward to him working here as there will be people all the time. Pray that things will be smooth and that it will not interfere too much with Anton’s schooling. It’s about time that we will utilize our big house and yard.

As always, I thank you all for your prayers. We are so privileged to have so many people praying with and for us.

Love

Rossouw-clan
