Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 22 August 2022

After pretty heavy rain and more rain to come, this rainy season, Anton and I went ahead and started to build a small “” villa”” for Noah. We had to move a lot of garbage in order just to plant some poles and make a roof. Luckily the old materials were still there and we could use the roofing. She was just sitting on the side and watching us and gave some advice on where to put all her “” garbage” because she still need to sell it later.

I had to come and do some more spring cleaning the next day as she just use it now to store all her stuff against the rain. Today was nice because my friend Matt and his beautiful wife, Olivia came to visit from Thailand. Isaack joined us and it was like old times while we cleaned her wound. So good to see Noah happy to see her old friends again.

Please pray for our outreach this Wednesday as Anton and I will travel to Kampong Tom to go to the jungle with some friends from Phnom Pehn. Looking forward to seeing Anton in the jungle again and building more memories together. Pray for protection while we travel and for open hearts while we serve the people of the jungle.

Please pray for Sang, one of FGC’s staff. Her sister died after a long sickbed. Pray for her as she is the only Christian in her family and funerals can be a very expensive en very ritual affair that can be dragged out for days.

Please pray for FGC Community Link as they need to renew their Mission of Understanding with the Government.

Praise God for the results of Anton’s exam came this week. He did very well and Twans is busy organizing now online schooling for him. Pray that we can get the right subjects for him in order to start school again.

Thank you once again for praying, we really appreciate you guys.

Love

Rossouw-clan
