Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 30 Nov.2015

End of another month and we are steaming towards the end of the year at full steam. We finally arrived here in Namibia and enjoying ourselves with family all around us. Already had a few Barbecues or Braai , like we call it. We said our hellos at our church yesterday and look forward when we come back in January , to the capital, to catch up with more people. For now we will go to Mordegai's mum in Usakos and then off to the coast. We will have on and off connection to internet so just hang on, we will contact you guys with pictures of fun things we do here.
Praise God for safe travels and continue to pray for our travels.

Had a wonderful time in church yesterday. Was reminded on what difference we can make in this time of Advent. We need to bring a message of peace to all. In recent events around the world, leaders came to the conclusion, to fight violence with violence. Is that the way  Jesus would have done that? If we do it this way, we are playing straight into the hands of our enemy. All they want is to bring fear and havoc around the world. We need to resist the evil and bring light into the world.
Look at this video and make up your own idea of what to do with this. https://youtu.be/xkM-SDNoI_8.
Heard very disturbing news yesterday. Right here in Namibia, the Intelligence said that Isis are recruiting youngsters. One young guys send his parents a video where he said:" You are all children of Satan. We will be back to come and slaughter you." We thought we are safe here down in the South, but even here we get targeted.

Let this time of Christmas be a time of peace for us all and let us go out and be Christ to the people that are lost.

Love
Rossouw-clan
