Thank God our friends Grahame and Katy Dyer and family made it safe out of Nepal. They were in a beautiful garden in Katmandu when the earthquake struck. Needles to say that they were stuck there for a few days before they could get out. Their little hotel was no more and had to live in a garden, outside. They came back with tales to tell of God's grace that protected them but of the horrific damage it caused to such a poor country. Please pray with us for Nepal and the ongoing damage control.
Just came back from Apo. Yip he is still in the picture. No outreach this week so I can spend some quality time with him. His wounds are not doing o well, but I asked a friend of mine to come and help. Pray for Jeremy and his wife as they will come and help me. they are highly skilled as a EMT and a Nurse/midwife. Together we will see what we can do.
Start giving a man some TB meds for Tb of the Spine. He is still young and need to provide for his family. Would be a shame if he will be injured with this. While I went to buy the meds, I had to hear from my friend that the government do not give Tb Meds for free. If you want it, you need to buy it. Where does the world go down to. Prqay for this young man to get healed.
Toinette is asking prayer for this coming Saturday. The older girls from the village will come and bake some cookies for Mothers's day. She will also share at the party in the village. PRay for open hearts.
The Rossouws are up and running, or some of them........ Leg still hurt a good deal, but I try not to over exercise the poor thing. The children are doing good in school and Gideon will finish his year in this week. Sjoe it took 2 years for this to happen. Finally he can say that he finished this level. We thank God for his good work these last weeks. Anton is just steamrolling ahead. Twans is busy teaching at Eli and the village and she is quite busy.
Thank you for praying
