Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday Tuesday night prayers Sept.30 2014

Sorry for not been able to write last night. The  joys of living in Siem Reap is that we get a lot of power cuts. So last night we had no power from 6pm till 8am. Luckily we have a generator that can last us till midnight. Today seems better, although it was off again. I am writing quickly as not knowing when it will be off again.

Went to the doctor yesterday and could speak to a specialist about my knee, that is not bending. He was amazed that it is 7 mths already and my knee is not bending even 90 degree. Talks about Necrosis and dead bone, but I just ignore that. The doctor say that there are no signs of that now but it is a possibility. After 6 months of Physiotherapy and still not full motion, means trouble. He gave me 6 weeks to improve the bending otherwise they will bend it in the OR under anesthesia. That just sounds bad and I am not up for it, so we are exercising like madness. Not even to say how my leg pain today..... Please pray for healing in this timeframe we have. This will mean that I need to stay at home and get my leg right before I do something else. Just as I thought I can go out..............

Please pray for Cambodia as a very controversial dial has been signed between Australia and Cambodia regarding sending refugees here from Australia. People here say that the government not even look after their own people and why must refugees come here. Big money is involved and we all know where that is going........
