Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan,Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages up in the far North of Cambodia, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors as well as the Department of Health of Ratanakiri.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Homeschooling Gideon is a task not for sissies, while Anton is in Eli school. .She joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers May 19 2014

Greetings to you all from a rainy Cambodia. Nice change of weather plus scenery, when you get outside, me not much. Had to go to Battambang today for a  follow-up on my leg. Took 6 hours there and back. After an xray, we could see that the leg is doing pretty ok, but the owner not, hahahaha. Wish so it will get better faster. Well after I saw a couple of other guys running around after 4 months with similar injuries, I am very keen to get up and walk. But seems to me , I need more patience than I thought. My knee got pretty badly hurt and it will take some time to heal.
Please pray for me as patience are running low and sitting at home is not doing much at my current attitude towards everyone around me. Spending most of  my time indoors is just not like me.........

Tonight we ask prayer for us as a family. We find that peace do not come easy around our house. I think everyone with children have the same issues, some time in their upbringing. We struggle with our children and on top of all of that Toinette have another child, me, to look after as well.......... Please pray that we can find God's peace in our house again.

On the more positive side. We celebrated Gideon's 11th birthday in style by pulling out the stops and went for Cnitzels and Gordon Blue at an Austrian restaurant in town. Man we were stuffed to the brim. Our good German friend, Friedhelm was there to enjoy all the good food with us. We started Gideon's birthday already on Friday night with our staff at home and Saturday we went swimming, off course with cake and candles. We thank God for saving Gideon for 11 years and we pray many more for him to come.

Please continue to uplift Angela and Argie's mum up tot the Lord. She is very frail now and rest at home. Pray for wisdom and strength as Angela is taking care of anti.

Thank you for praying for us as a family. We appreciate every single little prayer.
Much love

Healthline just designed a virtual guide of the effects of chemotherapy on the body. You can see the infographic here:

This is valuable med-reviewed information that can help a person understand the side effects they are experiencing from their chemo treatment. I thought this would be of interest to your audience, and I’m writing to see if you would include this as a resource on your page:

If you do not believe this would be a good fit for a resource on your site, even sharing this on your social communities would be a great alternative to help get the word out.

Thanks so much for taking the time to review. Please let me know your thoughts and if I can answer any questions for you.

All the best,
