Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers Dec.15 2013

Not so sure who will read this but at least for the ones online or the ones that stay home over this time. We will be home and just enjoy ourselves here in Siem Reap. Try to keep the children busy is a job on its own and we will try that!!!

I was feeling very sorry for myself this week as so much happened and so many things broke apart and had to be fixed. Well this morning I went out to see on Apo. Came there and his wound was already dressed with clean bandages and mum was busy working in the garden. To my surprise, she opened up the wound, I was brazing myself, but I was surprise to see the wound. It is clean and growing like it is suppose to be. Seems to me, I need to go away more often as the mum is doing much better work than I am.
I was whacked over the fingers for thinking the mum cannot do a good job. Who am I to doubt that God cannot help, hmmmmm. Here I am crying over material things that break and this guy have a body full off sores that struggle to heal. All of a sudden my situation seems silly....

Please pray for Cambodia. This is in the news this week:

American missionary Daniel Johnson, who was arrested on Monday for child sex crimes committed in the U.S., will appear at Phnom Penh Municipal Court today to be charged with raping five underage Cambodian boys at a local orphanage, anti-human trafficking police said.

A neighborhood in Cambodia is a global hot spot for the child sex trade. The people selling the children? Too often, their parents.

If we do not hear from you in the meantime, then we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May this time be a time from heaven.
Love to you all
Rossouw-clan
