Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 18 May 2026

Good evening dear family and friends

Today was or is Gideon's birthday.  We''ve been feeling it more than usual the past week.  Our brave and precious big boy.

Went out with Isaac to one of the refugee camps on Friday. Isaac and a team from the US handed out food packs. I made 2 more swings and a see-saw for this camp. It is a blessing to see how much the kids enjoy it. This group also waited in line (unlike the previous camp, where we were swamped) and there were enough cars for everyone as well.  Please continue to pray as   35 000 people are still displaced and have nowhere to go.

Twans shared that a few new students joined the extra classes last week. Thankful for each child stepping into the center.  There was a Pride month march in town last week. We also see some of our students struggling with their sexual identity. Please pray for wisdom and guidance for the staff and that these lies will not take root in the students' hearts.

This is a short prayer list today but once again thanks for your prayers. Emotions is a bit high in the house.

Love

Rossouw-clan
