Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish this year with Grade 12. .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 18 April 2022

Good Evening

We hope you all had a blessed Easter weekend and could spend some time thanking and worshipping Jesus. It is strange and sad that many of the Christian churches here in Cambodia don't really celebrate Easter.  It usually falls on the same date or close to the same date as Khmer New Year and most Cambodian Christians don't know that the Christian church all over the world takes time once a year to remember the death and resurrection of our Savior.

We had many many visitors over this time. It was good to see old friends and fellowship. Hard when some wanted to hear exactly what happened with Gideon.  We are thankful for all our family here in Asia. On Thursday morning we could join in a prayer meeting together with the FGC Community Link staff here in Cambodia and the missions team of FGC Chruch in Johor Baru. Listening to our dear friends praying brought so much peace and we are so thankful for each one of them.

We ask tonight that you would please pray for me and Twans. We are very tired all the time and don't have much desire to do anything.  My blood pressure has been very high for a few days as well and I am now on different meds. Please pray that God would stir our hearts again with His plan for us.

Please continue to pray for SreyMau. She joined the River of Life fellowship service 2 Sundas ago for the first time. Pray that she would come to accept and believe in Jesus. Her younger sister, Oúsa is the only believer in the family and she is under a lot of pressure from the family to return to Buddism.

Love
