Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton is studying in Malaysia. Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 11 May 2020

Finally, the rain came this morning. It was sweet as we were living really close to hell for a while. Temperatures are down today and you can breathe again, at least for now, haha. We hope that the monsoon will start shortly so we can have some cooler weather.
Not much happening in Cambodia at this time. Everything seems normal at this stage with fewer and fewer people wearing masks and even use sanitizer. Here the scare for the virus is definitely over and people are returning to normal. Schools and gathering places are still closed as well as local air traffic. We did not have a plane over our house since the virus came.
Anton started to write their GL Assessment exams today. He finished English today and need to write still Math and Science. We are hoping and praying for school to start being normal again, soon.
Virus News: I, Mordegai is following this pretty close and it fascinates me how the media can inflict fear into people. If that is not enough, there are so many stories and videos circulating around that you really do not know what is good and what is bad. Difficult to make up your mind if you just directly looking at it. Recently I watched a video of a Scientist that seems so true. Why will we not trust scientists? In my mind, this is the cream of the crop-people that will know about this virus and we can trust them. Naaaaa, I was wrong. They also lie to make things look worse or better according to their own agenda. I got more information from a person, I really trust and working my way through some reading material that shed more light on this matter. I am amazed that people that I put on a pedestal is also lying to further their own agenda. Why lie about something so serious and that way makes people even hate each other more? Where has the world gone by?
I do not even know if all the info I got from my friend can be trusted. It is facts on the internet but can we trust it?? If they can lie about science then they can lie about an article on the internet from a good source as well. How will we know it is the truth? Do they even change history? Then you must know the world is going down the drain.
Looking and reading about all of this makes me realize more and more that we need to find our truth from our Lord and Savior. I am reading Jeremiah in the mornings and realize, that is what the world is like, describe in a book already thousands of years back. Don’t we know the outcome of this? We are setting ourselves up for a severe fall and we have nobody to blame but ourselves. That’s why I urge each one that reads this to make sure where you stand. To keep our sanity, we definitely need the Lord otherwise we will turn insane and join the crowd.
Enough preaching. May God bless you all in this week to come and may all the people that work so hard in their own businesses, be blessed. Think of you guys a lot as we have time to do that. Let’s see the goodness in all of this.
Love

Rossouw-clan
