Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers 19 Dec.2016

Yesterday I had the opportunity to share in the River of Life Fellowship. Shared about the birth of Jesus. Had a great time telling them stories about the farm and how we basically stayed in a stable as well. Our home was the rooms where we kept all the dried skins and stuff for the farm. Had my best of memories in that small house. Jesus was born in a filthy stable and if it was good for Him, why not for all of us. He did not only come for the rich but also for the ordinary man on the street. Just love the story that He told the poor shepherds first about this big event.
Praise God for 2 people that came forward and want to receive God as their Saviour. Pray that they will really be nurtured in this time.
These people we work with are farmers and live off the land and understand what it is to have nothing. Jesus came for them as well. Showed them a little video about Faces that met, while on my bike in the jungle. Jesus came for them all. https://animoto.com/play/EIZwdHWSqjtAjOSzVp3Lkw

Just asked my friend in Thor Piang Rosey, how the lady is that we helped. She cannot walk anymore and is just at home all the time. He replied:” She is look like before, cause she has pray to god of the Buddha every day. She doesn't believe in God.” Pray for our Christian brothers and sisters to continue reaching out to these people that do not want to believe in Jesus. Pray that they will not judge the people for not receiving Christ.

My friend  wrote and ask that we still need to pray for her pastor that is in jail.
Lord, I pray for Andrew. Please fill him with hope and joy and Your amazing peace. May Andrew, like Paul, truly rejoice in the face of persecution. I pray for Your Will To Be Done!! in Andrew and in Turkey!!! I pray for lies to be ‘unstuck’ and truth to be revealed... that the truth will set him FREE.
That we will keep fervent in prayer, fervent in hope, and that many many MANY more will come to know Jesus!!

A Merry Christmas to you all. Hope this year will be filled with Joy, that we only can get from Jesus.
Love
Rossouw-clan
