Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

A very late prayer request 10 July 2015

I was cleaning Apo"s wound, this afternoon and was just praising God that we can do good to people that really needs it. Looking at his brother, I realize that we are so blessed to have everything we needed, including, healthy children.
Praise pray for Apo as we will be gone for a week and his mum need to do her best to take care of him. Praise God that she is such a sweetheart and beautiful mum, that she takes such good care of him.

We will be on the road tomorrow. Going for a small getaway to where I work, in Ratanakiri. Got ourselves a nice place with a pool to spend a couple of nights. Please pray that our car will make it and pray for our safety on the road. Pray that we will have a blessed time as a family.
Toinette and Gideon are sick like dogs, with a bad flu. Last week was my turn but I am ok again. Not nice to have fever in the hot.
At this point Toinette have a bad Pink eye infection. She is struggling to see and makes things not easy for her.

Continue to pray for the Men of Dignity Project as well as for the place that FGC want to open a small church. The staff are preparing the place and then restoration work will need to be done. There was a church before but the pastor left the believers just in the cold. Pray as new relationships need to be restored. Lots of things are happening right now and we pray for Angela as our leader to have strength and wisdom, spearheading all these things.

Some of you asked about McKenzie. She is doing good. She had an operation a while ago, to close the hole in her brain, and after that she is back in business. She is a truly a walking miracle.

My friend Eugene is also recovering well after his heart surgery.

Please lift up Quintin Calitz as he had his 2nd Chemo last week and it is taking away a lot of his strength at this time. HE is not feeling well. Pray for encouragement in a very difficult time.

This will keep you guys busy for a while. Thank you very much for praying for us all.
