Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Tuesday prayers April 14 2015

Khmer New Year is in full swing and everyone is in party mood. We have a week holiday and try to keep the boys busy is a real hard job. Sorry I lost track of time and totally forgot its Monday as it felt like Sunday. Holiday is sooooo hard.

Had a great outreach in Ratanakiri withthe tribal people. First time we went to this village. Helped a lady that was in serious bad condition due to an infected foot. Cleaned it up in 2 days and gave the needed meds, but they refuse to go to hospital as they do not have money, but ride a brand new bike. They will rather take the risk and stay as the hospital means money and no help.
Made contact with beautiful people and had a blast with Grahame and Samai. Hope to be back in this place, soon.

FGC had a great New Years party in the village. Here in their own words:
""...it was a joyous and exciting day for everybody. It was our first time to initiate a table decoration competition where students were in group and they have to decorate their tables with fruits, vegetables and dishes. We were so amazed of their creativity. The students surprisingly presented different presentations with the help of their teachers. We were so grateful for everyone who willingly participated in different ways just to make this program possible. Please continue to support our activities that will motivate and develop these students""

Please pray for Andrea Calitz and family. She is Toinette's sister in law. Her beloved dad just past away. PRay that the family will find peace in the Lord.
Mordegai's mum is doing much better as she is back in Usakos. Thanks for your prayers.
Toinette's mum, ouma Paula is struggling with a painful knee. PLease pray for healing.
Grahame and his family is on holiday in Nepal. Pray for their safety and that they will have a good family retreat.

Thank you very much for praying for us
Love
Rossouw-clan
