Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers Oct 07 2013

Hey there from a very wet Cambodia. Flooding is the order of the day. The whole country is basically under water at this time, with heavy rains from Thailand and lots of water from Vietnam, in the North,  as well. One of the dams here in Siem Reap, broke and water is rushing out into parts of the city. We are very lucky that we are out of the city and not affected. Hope school is closed due to water in and around the school. Driving down the highway today was like getting into a riverbed. To much water for a poor Namibian to handle. Please pray for people that are affected by the foodwaters. Lots of people in low-land areas need to move to high ground for this time.

Continue to pray for my friend Apu. He is 20 years old and was in a car/motorbike accident. He is paralyzed and struggles with a very big bedsore. I am visiting him every day to clean his wound. Staying back here a week so I can get rid of the very bad infection, before I get out to the province.

Please for baby Moses. He is now about 1 month old. He was in ICU for a while but is out to his home now. His mum left him after birth with the family and just left. FGC Community Link took good care of him over this time and everyone was involved while he was in hospital. Please pray for him now at home. He has Diarrhea , most properly due to unclean environment as well as uncleanly bottles and different milk formula. Toinette will go and see tomorrow.

We thank God for extending Mordegai with another year. Had a great birthday and still suffers from it..........We trust and believe in God's provision for you all in this week to come.

Love
