Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayer Sept 23 2013

Need to get this early edition out to you before I leave tomorrow. Need to go up to Ratanakiri and do some much needed medical stuff in Koklak. The whole place is flooded due to heavy rain in Vietnam. Clean water now is a real scares thing and lots of people have Diarrhea. They even get Cholera up there occasionally because of the flooding. Please pray that we will drive safely and be able to reach the place. the last flood left the village about 2m under the water.

Pray that we can talk to the parents of a boy, that died last week. He got burned really badly. James , my friend up in Banlung, asked them if we can bring the child to Siem Riep, but they did not want to. It is hard for tribal people to be so far away from their homes and they risk everything in the process. For them to came all the way to Banlung hospital is already a very big thing.

Please pray for us as a family. We need daily prayer in all our doings. Pray for Toinette and Gideon, doing schooling at home and Anton at Hope School. Pray for their safety as I will be away for the week.

Thank you all for your continuous prayer
