Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon, and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it has to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work , where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish this year with Grade 12. .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday night prayers Feb.27'12

Hey there everyone
Once again we are blessed in this week with so much prayer from your side. Things progress slowly here for me, Mordegai but hopefully I will be on my feet soon. I am planning a trip next week and cannot wait. With the rest of the family things are pretty usual. Praise God for a good Camp Week at Hope School where Gideon and Anton could participate in fun and games in school and that all in school time and on top of that, a whole 1 week of fun and games. Dad even had to go and sleep with the boys at school to watch over Gideon and we sweated it out in the tent, while the rest of the boys left us in the middle of the night to go and sleep in aircon, not fair!!!  He also could ride horse and did some roller skating as well. Anton on the other hand had a wonderful sleep over at school although his parents missed him that night at home...... He will always be our little boy.

Some prayer items from Value Life Clinic:
Please pray for a woman at our clinic who is 42 weeks pregnant with her 10th baby. We sent her for an induction but they sent her back??? Her name is Sarem

Please pray for a small boy whose father is having surgery for cancer and has no where to stay while his mom is tending his father. The boy is 8 months and a little sickish from a horrible cold and lung infection. He is not gaining weight properly. Pray that the right place would turn up for him to go for a couple of weeks.
Thank you very much for your prayers and may the Lord bless you all
Mordegai
