Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Monday nigth prayers May 16'2011

Good evening to all of you
Sitting here tonight, even while being stressed over a few things, concerned about many, overwhelmed even, there is peace in my spirit and truly "we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God". He is in control.

We are so thankful to see how God is transforming Srey Nite (the single mom who gave her baby into foster care for 6 months to try and sort out her life first). She has accepted the Lord and we really see how she is changing. Kerri has enrolled her into a beauty training school and she is working hard to get her baby back. She loves reading the Word and it is refreshing to see the joy in her eyes.

Please pray for Srey Na ( she is also pregnant from the same man than Srey Nite). She is due in the following 2-3 weeks. Please pray for a normal safe delivery and for wisdom for all involved to help her the best way. Pray that the Holy Spirit would help her to understand all that is being shared to her. She needs a lot of love, healing and Jesus.

Also pray for a volunteer midwife who could supervise while I am gone for 6 weeks. From beginning June I would be the only midwife at the clinic. Really need help.

The students are writing their final exam next Monday to determine if they are ready to be enrolled at the university in September or if they would still needs more english classes and teaching for another year. All of them are working hard. Continue to pray for their salvation, two of them now join Theary every Sunday to church.

Mordegai hurt his finger bad in the motorbike chain this weekend and tomorrow he has a big dental outreach. Please pray for him, and that God's name would be glorified during the outreach.

Wednesday is Gideon's 8th birthday !!!!!! God has been so faithful in our son's life. Pray for him, he faces many challenges daily.

Thanks for praying for us
Mordegai and Toinette
