Medical to the remote

This Blog is all about the work of God. Nothing we do is without the knowledge of our Father. He is the soul provider for everything we do.
We are Mordegai, Toinette, Suzaan, Gideon and Anton Rossouw from Namibia-Africa. . This Blog is all about our lives here in Cambodia while Suzaan works in South Africa. We are real Farmers from Africa and we love life and what it have to offer and enjoy it day by day.

Mordegai travels to remote villages, doing much needed medical work ,where no other doctors go, with local pastors.

Toinette is at home with the boys. Gideon is no longer with us but Anton will finish with Hope school this year and start online classes .Toinette joins FGC Community Link Cambodia to the villages close by, teaching local children in an after school setting and also women about Health Issues in a village setting.

We consider us Asians as we live such a long time in Asia, eating rice as a staple food and not meat......

Our motto in life comes from a dear friend:

With common sense and God we
can accomplish a lot

Eddie

A boy called Eddie fell from a high platform and landed very bad. While visiting Olong they came there. His arm was rapped with a pair of old jeans and had bamboo sticks on the sides for a brace. I could see that the arm was broken badly. Well the response was that they only want some tablets to drink and then everything will be fine. After a lot of scoulding and warning that the arm will never grow back the way they want it, they decided to go with me to the hospital. Sorry for the scoulding but with them you need to force them with the worse case and sometimes that is death, before they will listen. Well they had to place pins in his arm and he was in hospital for 2 days. Again it was Olong's family that provide for the family. Olong's sun in law was the one to sit with the mother and watch over them. I am so encourage by the way that they are helping others.

The pins that was holding together Eddie's arm , is out. He is doing good and comes and show of his next moves if I am around. He just need to excercise it back to normal. No fancy fisioteraphy for them, sorry Marinel.
