Adonis

Another young man, Adonis, ,was brought here from my Ipil beach crew. He do not have a home and no father and mother and is moving from house to house of relatives that pity him. He had a boil in the back of his ear the size of my fist. I was late at night but we had to open it. The smell was so bad that Mordegai almost did not make it. If that happens then you need to know that it was bad. I do not normally get overwhelmed by something like that but this time it was different. I can just imagine myself walking around with something like that. I called Sheila to come and help and she assisted me . We just opened it up right here in my sitting room.
Quickly convert everything in a operation like place, hahaha. Well the end of the story is that he felt better afterward and he could at least go home without a huge swelling on the side of his head.

I took him for an x-ray the next day and this confirmed my fears. He has Mastitis, which means that the Mastoid bone in the back of your ear is infected and the puss already entered the bone which is an passage way to the brain. This makes things extremely dangerous cause he can die if the puss reaches the brain. going to hospital now is useless because of all the people and they will never operate on him right away. Our finances is really existed by now and we also cannot do anything than wait and treat him ourselves. Talk to Dr Wong and he said that we need to flush the wound everyday with clean saline water and keep it open so that they puss can drain in order to give the puss chance to get out of the bone. We need to put him on antibiotics and pray that the swelling will go down. I already talked to his relatives to bring him to the hospital to get the process on the go. I explain to my helpers why this is happening and I am sure that they will be on the outlook for future illnesses like that. Now me and Sheila are helping out with dressing every day.

Adonis is out of hospital after 25 days. Well the operation was successful. The doctor explain to me that the brain was already in communication with the outer ear. That means that the puss already ate its way through to the brain. The operation was done on the spot and right timing was in the order of the day. They filled the hole up and he had to stay 2 weeks more in hospital. After a couple of days the infection started again but they got good control over that this time. He is at home right now and enjoy freedom again. this is just to show that if you have family , they are suppose to help you. His anti was the one looking after him in hospital.
